Ribbit Frog Original Lino Print

Original hand drawn, carved and printed original linocut print of a chubby little frog. This print is born of a doodle, and I'm always so pleasantly surprised with how well drawing translate to prints, and how they come out so different to the original drawing! Every little choice you make about every little piece of lino you remove culminates in a very unique artwork.

Printed on a lovely, delicate handmade paper called Cordyline Cream by Creative Paper Tasmania (it is a blend of recycled cream paper, hemp and cordyline fibres) using professional quality Cranfield Caligo Safe Wash Oil-Based Ink.

Due to the process and nature of linocut printing, there will be slight variations from one print to the next (eg., lighter areas, different alignment). This is part of the originality of your artwork, and lends it a uniqueness that makes it special. 

This print comes unframed. Your print will be mailed in a rigid cardboard mailer with a backing board which can be re-used or recycled and protected from moisture with a cello bag.
